Abulia and apathy — how to distinguish?

The oppressed states, many of which are immediately perceived by depression, are frequent in the modern world. More and more people suffer, is experiencing a disorder, is in stress. The reasons for the depressed mood exists abound, especially in the world where people do not try to be good and polite. However, there are many oppressed states that differ in each other:

Apath and Abulia should be distinguished. Often they accompany each other. However, there are cases when they are manifested separately.

Abulia is loss of will and motivation to action. The man in the literal sense of the word does not get out of bed, manifests passivity and inaction.

Apathy — an depressed emotional state, which is expressed in indifference, indifference, notionlessness. The person moves something does something, but there is no internal desire, interest, initiative.

Thus, Abulia is manifested in inaction, and apathy — in irregularity. If a person shows both the other condition, then we are talking about the apathetic-abutic syndrome. A frequent cause of these disorders is the feeling of unnecessary, constant failure, loss and excitement.

These states are more serious and deep, rather than the Kandra. Often they are accompanying signs of mental illness, for example, schizophrenia or manic-depressive psychosis. If we talk about depression, it happens either easy or heavy. Periodically, each dwells in depressive state, especially after the accomplishment of some unpleasant event. However, depressed can be quickly exit. From Abulia and Apathia, a person goes much longer and more difficult. Not only psychotherapeutic methods are often used here, but also medicines.
