When will the cops remove the crowns from these street racers ?! Why are they still driving and not in jail?
Race bloggers are increasingly pushing boundaries. The country did not have time to discuss the actions of the pranker
Don’t give a damn about the law
And everything would be fine if this scene did not take place in one of the shopping centers of the Moscow region.
Swearing at the camera, the man admitted that he “rented it for himself” and that he was deprived of his driver’s license.
Then he hit the gas and began to cut through the building to the Christmas music.
More details in the material:
The driver himself is confident of his own impunity. He has already managed to laugh at Russian justice on his Instagram page, saying that he doesn’t care about the laws.
After that, Internet users directly turned to the head of the RF IC, Alexander Bastrykin, with a request to explain to Lytvyn exactly how he violated the current legislation.
Drift from blogger
Another «heroine» of auto news is 20-year-old Alena Muzheva, who calls herself a singer. She arranged a race along the central streets of St. Petersburg.
In the video, her car cuts off other cars and sweeps literally inches away from them. The singer posted her “performance” on a social network, accompanied by the signature “Does your girlfriend know how?”
Then she, however, apologized and explained that the drift was allegedly unintentional — it all happened because of ice on the road.
Will they be punished?
This is not the first time that bloggers, pranksters and majors run wild on the roads.
After each incident, the traffic police and the Ministry of Internal Affairs promise to take action.
In particular, at the beginning of this year, the State Duma proposed to fine five thousand rubles for deliberate dangerous driving, and in case of a repeated violation — from 5 to 10 thousand rubles or to deprive a driver’s license for up to one year.
This year Roskomnadzor for the first time, by decision of the Tagansky District Court, blocked the accounts of bloggers who published videos with traffic violations.
At the same time, the State Duma is developing a bill to toughen the punishment for aggressive driving: the introduction of criminal liability and the confiscation of violators’ cars is being considered.
Lysakov is sure: many bloggers are following in the footsteps of Mara Baghdasaryan, who repeatedly violated traffic rules, lost her license, but continued to drive.
According to the public figure, the police carried out a whole special operation to bring the racer to criminal responsibility. In March 2017, a court revoked her driving license for life and ordered 595 hours of compulsory work as a janitor.
Urban transport expert, administrator of the Bureau X telegram channel, Robert Yang, is confident that in the near future it will still be possible to put a barrier to race bloggers.
And for lawmakers who are working on fines for racers, he has a proposal: to introduce a penalty of half a million rubles.
Then there will be significantly fewer street racers on Russian roads.
What’s the bottom line?
According to the leader of the Freedom of Choice auto movement Vyacheslav Lysakov, such content should be cleaned from the Internet.
According to some reports, the annual income, for example, of the blogger Lytvyn, exceeds 12 million rubles. And this is without taking into account the funds that he receives from advertising.
With such incomes and a million audience, it is not surprising that the guy is not afraid of any law. And no matter how experts talk about the inevitability and severity of punishment, things are still there: the blogger openly laughs at Russian justice and threatens people who dare express a different point of view.
I would like to believe that this time the law enforcement agencies will finish what they have begun and remove the crown from the racers.
